Demo Submission (For Release):

When you submit a demo to Beyond Boundaries Records for potential release, you confirm that you own the track (or have the proper rights to it) and have the authority to submit it for release. By submitting the track, you give Beyond Boundaries Records the rights to distribute and promote the track as part of our release plan. While we will do our best to promote and support your track, please note that we cannot guarantee its commercial success or that it will 'blow up.' If we want to move forward, we’ll send you a contract with the terms of the release. You’ll need to carefully review the contract, and if you agree, sign it and send it back to us.

Playlist Submission (For Promotion):

When you submit a track for playlist promotion, you confirm that you own the track (or have the rights to promote it) and that everyone involved in creating the track has agreed to promote it. By submitting, you grant Beyond Boundaries Records the right to promote and use the track in our playlists and promotional efforts. If accepted, you’ll need to sign a promotional agreement that outlines the details of the promotion.

Artist Responsibility:

As the artist, you maintain ownership of the track. However, you grant Beyond Boundaries Records the rights to distribute and promote the track as part of our release or promotional efforts. You must ensure that all collaborators (if any) agree to these terms and that you have all necessary permissions to submit and promote the track.

Failure to Comply with Terms:

If any of the above terms are violated, or if we believe the rights to the track have been misrepresented, we can withdraw from the agreement or stop moving forward with the submission. We will not proceed with any release or promotion until we’ve confirmed all necessary rights and permissions.

Withdrawal of Submission:

If we find that you do not have the proper rights or permission to submit the track, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement. We’ll stop the process until all legal matters are cleared up.

Liability:

You, the artist, are responsible for making sure that the track’s rights are in order. Beyond Boundaries Records is not responsible for any issues that arise from misrepresented rights, including problems with collaborators or other parties involved in the track.
